She will talk behind your back to coworkers, make promises about your career she does not keep, and when she starts to get in trouble for various things going on in the department she finds a subordinate to blame. They usually lose their job or at least are targeted by other management. Save yourself the sleepless nights, heart ache, and therapy hours.

HR and Ethics & Compliance sided with her, leading me to realize how toxic the work environment was. Left due to her unjust treatment.

Wyndham fired me for taking the day off when my friend died. This was the only time I took a day off in my six months working there. It was completely cold and heartless. The way he did it was cowardly as well. He just took me off the schedule for the rest of the month without a word. I had to call his boss to figure out what was going on. He had to get Wyndham to call me to tell me he was firing me. If you are working for Wyndham please know that he does not care about his employees at all. He does not view you as a human at all. Be prepared for a lack of integrity and basic respect.

Tina is the worst manager I have ever came across. She is incompetent and unfair. She never knows what she’s doing or talking about and I constantly have to ask her to rephrase what she’s saying cause she never makes sense!! State Farm really needs to constantly review their managers and their performance cause this lady is extremely incompetent!!! If you’re gonna work here start thinking of other places to work especially if she’s your manager, you will literally hate your life!! SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED.
