She destroyed our department and has driven so many people out! It is so sad. She piles on more and more tasks for the nurses and you will get written up for one little thing that you miss. She gets revenge on you if you don’t do what she asks of you. Beware.

"Punishment is Her Calling Card"

Twists hospital policies and interprets union contract to fit her agenda. Runs the floor like a dictator, every single thing you do “wrong” is written up. She never will take the side of her staff, except if you’re in her top few favorites. She took a great place to work and ruined it. So many people have left, I’m not sure the turnover rate but it is really high.

"Expects You to Devote Life to The Unit"

Favoritism, uses bad scheduling as punishment, enjoys punishing employees, threatens with writing you up if anything goes wrong, dislikes those who have any type of disability, will get hr involved to make you lose your job if she doesn’t like you, high turnover, the rules and micromanagement are suffocating, favoritism is unreal, expectations unrealistic, time limits and expectations on nurses are unrealistic, the anxiety and misery here is unsustainable.

The only useful thing that this individual did for me as a seasonal employee was when he moved up empty carts closer to the floor for stocking. Otherwise, he was completely inappropriate in his behavior towards females, damaged the metrics, and is not trustworthy because he tried obtaining items that are not his in a sneaky way.

I have interviewed and worked under Mirloudes' direction for about 2-3 weeks. Some of the tasks are quiet interesting but she does request work done outside of the scope of the job description, creates issues with getting paid for the hours already worked and scapegoats people. She also tends to inflate her own importance within the company without having actually paid the employee and first demands information she should not have access to and when she is refused, she then tries to sneak her way or push her way to obtaining it. Because of this, I would not recommend her as a manager.
